Create the life you want! You will love this thought-provoking, soul-searching course.
Kellie Nicholson’s inspirational way of approaching life is an enlightening look at the human
condition. Though class does not pertain specifically to bartending, the lessons learned
will benefit everyone.
In this workshop you will take quizzes and be given assignments that will help you discover
your obstacles to a happy life. You will learn ways to clear the path to everything you
want and the things that successful people know and do. The secret to a happy life isn’t a
secret anymore!
"If you don’t have dreams and don’t know what you want, you will remain a victim. Instead
of taking charge to make the things happen that you desire, events that are not your choice
will continue to occur. You will remain a pawn in everyone else’s game, instead of playing
your own game. You need to make the rules for your life."
Don’t let life happen 2 you! Make it happen 4 you!

Bartending styles and drink recipes vary from state to state and from establishment to establishment.
Thus, there are many ways to make one drink, from the ingredients to the glassware, the amounts of
liquor, the mixing procedure and the serving of the finished cocktail.
This class teaches you my way of making and serving drinks, which I have learned from over 30 years of
bartending in more than 70 bars and restaurants all over the country. Few people have this vast type of
experience in the business, and even I don’t know everything. No one can.
A bartender is like a chef. The best way to perfect your own style is to just do it. In order to keep the fees
for this class reasonable, we can not make drinks in class, which I strongly feel is not necessary.
If you have the skills to be a bartender, you will walk away from the class with all of the tools you need
to practice on your own.
Best wishes,
Kellie Nicholson
